Let's Find What Works for You

We are compensated in one of two ways:

    • By the hour, as outlined by the Financial Planning Packages below. Our rate is $250/hour.
    • By managing assets and receiving advisory fees (or commissions for certain products). Our household asset minimum is $250,000.

We always discuss these costs in advance to determine which is best for your situation. There is never a cost for an initial meeting.

1. Financial Planning Packages

We commit to providing exceptional service to our clients. We have three financial planning package options in recognition that each client we work with is in a different phase of their financial life, in terms of complexity. These fees are separate from any advisory fees that are charged for the management of investment accounts. These fees include time spent with you in meetings, as well as time for analysis outside of meetings.

2. Investment Management

A cornerstone of financial planning is investment management. This includes both the implementation of a strategy and the ongoing supervision of that strategy. This process includes creating an appropriate asset allocation that considers your risk tolerance, time horizon, income needs, and personal preferences. We maintain it over time by adjusting the allocation as necessary.

Advisory accounts are charged annual fees for this personalized service which are assessed and billed quarterly. Fees are deducted directly from the investment account(s) as per the fee schedule that follows.

In addition:

  • There are no trading costs for the purchase and sale of securities, however, certain mutual funds may have additional internal costs
  • There are no commissions charged with fee-based accounts

Please note that certain products (such as life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care insurance or annuities) do not have an annual advisory fee or hourly fee as described above. The commission to the advisor varies by product and is determined and paid directly by the product sponsor.
